Jeff Law - Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Law has over 25 years experience of the health club business. Jeff was one of the original founders of the Health & Racquet Group of South Africa, a company which at its peak had over 65 clubs worldwide. Jeff is widely recognised in the industry as a major innovator and entrepreneur. His role as Operations Director & CEO in over 20 highly successful clubs worldwide places him in the highest echelon of operators. He has a unique and proven ability to take a club from its conception to profitable operation.

Stephen Aucott BSc (Hons) - Operations Director
With over fourteen years in the health club business, Stephen brings valuable experience of high quality fitness operations. His focus on five star customer service standards, strong sales processes and attrition management sets the foundation for a successful operation. Recent achievements have seen attrition being halved within twelve months and a consistent net growth within all of his operations. Successful performances are based upon robust processes, effective communication on a daily basis and consistently focusing on the member experience.
Tracey Whittington FCCA - Finance Director
Tracey has 24 years accountancy experience, of which 19 have been in the Leisure industry. She has been actively involved in the acquisition of health clubs and other leisure operations, whilst working with First Leisure, as well as preparing financial feasibility studies for all new businesses and refurbishments. Tracey has been with Odyssey Health clubs since its inception in 2000. She set-up the full accounting processes which are regularly noted upon by auditors, for being exceptional. Tracey had close involvement in the acquisition of the 1st club Knebworth, the development of the 2nd club Glory Mill and was involved in the acquisition and subsequent disposal of the Henley Club. Within her role, Tracey has prepared all the financials for the sale of the group in 2004 and the subsequent disposal of Glory Mill in 2006.

Kate Love - Group Marketing Manager
Kate has spent the past 16 years in the marketing and sales side of the industry. From the launch of Health & Racquets Club in St Albans, the Brooklands Healthtrack Club at Weybridge (7,000 members), to the 3,000 member club Sportz Academy in Potters Bar, Kate has built up a sound operational knowledge of the industry, has created many inspirational campaigns and enjoys success in team motivation. Kate ran the pre-opening campaign at the Odyssey Glory Mill Club beating the business plan target of 1,800 members by opening successfully with 2,500 members. Over the past four years Kate has successfully implemented and organised the campaigns at Odyssey Clubs Group and Wildmoor Spa, Day Spa of the Year 2007.
